Sud Polaire

Sud Polaire Antarctic Dry Gin (Domaine Simha)

A small batch series gin from Tasmanian wine producer Domaine Simha.

Their triple-distilled grape spirit is infused with organic botanicals and cut with Tasmanian rainwater which, in their own words, is "swept across a vast expanse of Southern ocean over polar ice from Antarctica; the coldest, driest, windiest place on earth".

There's mint, grapefruit and blood orange. It's quite European in style, the clarity is king here.
